Candeo Hotels Osaka Kishibe

Basic, clean hotel. Staff is accommodating but most speak little English.

Nothing - it was fine for the value.

Room had a decent size and hotel was connected to the metro station.

Hotel is kinda far from downtown -20 min ride by train

The staff at reception were very helpful and easy to talk to despite a minor translation barrier. Conveniently close train station, and another about 15 minutes walking distance from the hotel. There’s a konbini on the second floor, with two places to get either drinks or food at, and the amazing grocery store on the first floor which had anything we needed or wanted to try. The hotel is beautifully designed and extremely clean. I took advantage of the laundry room, though, I did have to run the dryer for additional time. Fresh towels and water bottles provided daily which was really appreciated. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was more spacious than our hotel we stayed at in Shinjuku. Property was located nearby quiet neighborhoods which were nice to walk around after meals to get lost for a bit and enjoy the peaceful silence from the metro areas. Did not hear the trains from the hotel at all. Lovely views as well.

It’s the cleanest hotel i’ve ever stayed in Japan, had 5 hotels in 11days. Near to Kishibe train station with. Direct connecting bridge from train to hotel 2nd level. They have onsen included in the stay.

The services and hospitality they provide. Housekeeping, local shops and locstion is very good between kyoto and osaka

didn't dislike it at all, but they didn't have iron. The breakfast should have more variety, and it was cold breakfast

It was in a nice quiet area outside of the hustle of the main tourist areas of Osaka, very clean and the staff were super friendly and communicated well information about our stay.

The room was very clean. Concerning the bathroom, I was very pleased with the good water pressure for the shower and the multi-functional toilet. As for the bed: very comfortable! Location-wise, the hotel lift opened up to a walkway leading directly to the train station, which was convenient for getting to work. Additionally, the wifi was fast.

Finding the entrance was a little tricky, as the hotel is connected to a shopping centre.

Direction signage is not clear for the hotel and carpark.

The Spa is fantastic and the breakfast buffet delicious , rooms are spacious and very comfortable

Location - was next to Hospital , but tourist spots were further away

The spa on the roof was very nice.Felt very luxurious for the price. On the JR line (great if you have the JR pass. A bit of a pain if you want to be out at night we missed the last train home from Dotonburi and needed to pay a taxi of $80 000 yen ?Last train was 11.40pm

Great location, very clean and aesthetic, comfortable beds and soothing jazz music that will get stuck in your head for the rest of the trip

The breakfast was lackluster in our opinion, it was very expensive at 2000 yen a person and the buffet lacked variety and didnt taste very good

The hotel has onsen on the top floor and it was so relaxing. Also the breakfast was wonderful. You had lots of choices to choose from. The hotel location was really handy as you could walk in from JR station.

Their breakfast and spa are really good! And, their staff is also kind and polite people!!

Very clean. Easy covered walk to train station. Very nice breakfast. Convenience store and restaurants on lower level. Very quiet.

Location was convenient as we could walk directly to a JR station, 100 percent sheltered and below the hotel was a mall.

It was very clean and had great facilities e.g washing machines. Also very close to the train station. Also loves the window view.

Was a little far out in terms of location.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. The service was good.We received fresh towels and sleepware every day.The location was great, very near a station and it made traveling easy and navigation simple.We could was our clothes at the laundry and leave our baggage with reception the whole day after check out.

It was not the Candeo Hotel in the heart of Osaka but a bit further out, but in the end it turned out to not be so bad as it was linked with the subway.
